GRAPHIC REQUEST

+Please the rules below before requesting from Mysterious Souls.

1. Please allow a minimum duration of four weeks for your graphic designer to complete your request.
2. Please be sure to fill up all necessary information in the request from.
3. If you are to request a graphic for one particular fanfic/story/project from Mysterious Souls, you cannot request another graphic on that particular fanfic/story/project from another site or vice verse.
4. You are required to credit or acknowledge your graphic designer and Mysterious Souls.
5. You are also required to post/use the completed graphic. If you do not wish to do so, please contact the webmistress and your graphic designer.
6. Please do not rush your graphic designer and do be polite to your graphic designer.
7. If you were to chose a particular graphic designer, please be sure to check whether that particular graphic designer is available.
8. If the graphic designer you chose is unavailable, your request will be passed to another equivalent graphic designer.
9. By requesting from Mysterious Souls, you are to follow the above rules. If you do not do so, actions will be taken.
10. Please do provide good quality images for the requested graphic. If you do not do so, your graphic designer will use their own choice of images which you cannot complain of.
11. Please do provide as much as detail as possible.
